Choose a Shipping Method

You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. There are two main shipping methods to choose from:

Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use expedited shipping will receive a 40% discount on shipping costs.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 8 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use standard shipping will receive a 30% discount on shipping costs.



The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time. See estimate total delivery time for more details.
Some of our items also have extra savings on shipping. Look out for following stickers on our products:

Products with the Free Shipping sticker enjoy zero shipping costs regardless of your location or item quantity. We choose the shipping method most appropriate for your package size and destination.

Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.

To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:

l On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.

l View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the page.

l Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Country: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.

l You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on Viwed.com.
Note:
Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Delete next to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it.

Estimate Total Delivery Time

Before your order is shipped, Viwed has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

As all orders must be processed before they can be shipped, Viwed's Total Delivery Time is split into two parts: Processing Time, and Shipping Time. Please use the chart below to help you gauge the Total Delivery Time of your order.

Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing times to get an even better estimate of the Total Delivery Time for your order.

Return Policy

All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers. Make order with Viwed.com you agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Our Cancellation Policy:

- Orders canceled within 6 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returning For Replacement Or Refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping items.

- We don't take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 2 business days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before.

- We can not offer refund for sake of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.

- We make dresses strictly according to the confirmation email you confirmed. The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.

- We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design can not be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

- All returned items must be in original package and condition. If there is any dust, dirty spots and so on, we shall not offer refund. And you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (for example, if you order item value is USD 100, the refund is USD 70), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.

If there are quality problems with your dress(es), please follow the steps below:

1) Contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your package. Your requests must be received within 24 hours after we receive your order by email, otherwise we will not accept.

2) Once your request has been processed by Customer Service, they will provide you with a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return.

3) Send your items to us as soon as possible once Customer Service has provided the form. Include the completed Product Return Form with your return.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered

For standard size dresses, if there are any size problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customers shall submit the photographs to service@Viwed.com and our customer service may have the designated personnel to deal with the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

If the dress does not fit properly, but was made according to the specifications included in your order, please choose from the following options:

- You may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).

- You may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us for a quote based on the complexity of the dress and the amount that needs to be altered.

Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Viwed.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 24 hours after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.

(f) Product Reviews. You may choose to submit a product review. If you post a review, we will ask for your email address and geographic location. If you submit a review, your geographic location will be visible to other users (your email address will be kept private). This Site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions through this Site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. OPT OUT/CORRECTIONS

Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending emails to your email address; and/or (c) disable your account to prevent any future purchases through that account. OFFLINE COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

As you might expect from Viwed.com, the majority of information that we collect is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also try to protect the privacy of you personal information that is collected offline. For example, customers may call us to place an order or to ask questions. During the call, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as order information), we will enter it into our database through SSL encryption (See the Data Security section above for more information). There are other ways we could learn of personal information offline (for example, we suppose someone could send us a letter including some return address information), and this Policy does not discuss or try to predict all of those methods or uses. Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide Viwed.com, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to Viwed.com without charge and Viwed.com shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Viwed.com and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by Viwed.com in the future.

You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. Termination and Effect of Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Viwed.com may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and Viwed.com shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s), and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

Order Acceptance

Please note that the price quoted for each item on the Site should be regarded as an invitation for offer and should not be regarded as an offer. Your order is an offer for purchase, which will be accepted when Viwed.com confirms your order. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Viwed.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Typographical Errors

Pricing in Different Currencies

Arbitration

Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such a dispute to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (the "HKIAC") for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the HKIAC arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.

Remedies

No right or remedy of Viwed.com shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by Viwed.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future, or other waiver.
